Legal Documents That We Prepare Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following:

#1 – Petition For Divorce – in the event you and your spouse are about to file for divorce, we can provide you with the necessary Divorce Forms to get your case underway at the local Court House.  Whenever you call our office, be sure to communicate with our staff members that what you are needing to is ‘file for divorce’;

#2 – Response To Petition For Divorce – in the event that your spouse (soon to be ex-spouse) has already filed for divorce at the local Court House, then we can provide you with the necessary Divorce Forms in order to protect your rights in the case.  Whenever you call our office, be sure to communicate with our staff members that your spouse has already filed for divorce and you are needing to ‘respond’ to the divorce case;

#3 – Request For Temporary Order – in the event that you and your spouse (soon to be ex-spouse) have already filed for divorce and you all need to request a temporary order, then we can provide you with the necessary Divorce Forms that are required in order to get your temporary order scheduled to be heard by the Judge.  Whenever you call our office, be sure to communicate with our staff members that you and your spouse have already filed for divorce and you all are needing to seek a temporary order;

#4 – Request To Serve A Missing Spouse By Publication – in the event that you have already filed for divorce and your spouse (soon to be ex-spouse) has gone missing, then we can provide you with the necessary Divorce Forms that are required in order to serve your spouse through the local newspaper.  Whenever you call our office, be sure to communicate with our staff members that you have already filed for divorce and you are needing to serve your spouse through ‘publication’;

#5 – Petition For Annulment – in the event that you and your spouse (soon to be ex-spouse) need to annul your marriage, then we can provide you with the necessary legal documents that are required in order to get your case filed at the local Court House.  When you speak with a member of our staff, be sure to communicate to them that you and your spouse are needing to ‘annul’ your marriage as opposed to ‘dissolving’ your marriage as is customary in a divorce case;

#6 – Response To Petition For Annulment – in the event that your spouse has filed for annulment of your marriage at the local Court House, then we can provide you with the necessary legal documents that are required in order to properly respond to the case that has already been filed.  Whenever you call our office, be sure to communicate to our staff members that your spouse has already filed for annulment and you need to respond to the case;

#7 – Request For Legal Separation – in the event that you and your spouse want to separate, but not necessarily divorce, then we can provide you with the necessary legal documents that are required in order for you and your spouse to file a case for legal separation at the local Court House.  Whenever you call our office and speak with a member of our staff, be sure to mention that you and your spouse are not wanting to file for divorce, but instead are just wanting to be legally separated for a while;

#8 – Response To Request For Legal Separation – in the event your spouse has filed for legal separation from you at the local Court House, our office staff will provide you with the necessary legal documents that are required in order for you to properly respond to the case that has been filed.  Whenever you call our office and speak with a member of our staff, be sure to explain in detail exactly what legal documents your spouse has filed;

#9 – Motion To Modify Custody – in the event that you and your ex are already divorced and / or already have a final custody order on file at the local court house, then so long as there has been a ‘change of circumstances’ necessitating that the custody order be modified, our office staff will be able to provide you with the necessary legal documents that are required in order for you to file what is called a ‘motion to modify custody’.  When you call our office and speak with a member of our staff, be sure to communicate that you and your spouse already have a custody order on file at the local Court House and that you are now needing to file a modification of that original custody order;

#10 – Response To Motion To Modify Custody – in the event that your ex has filed a motion to modify custody at the local Court House, then our office staff will provide you with necessary legal documents in order to ensure that you are able to properly respond to the case that has already been filed.  Whenever you call our office, you will speak with a member of our staff about the details of your case.  Be sure to explain to our staff member that your ex has already filed a motion to modify custody and that you need to file a responsive pleading in the case;

#11 – Motion To Modify Child Support – in the event that you and your ex already have a child support order in place, so long as either you or your ex has experienced a material change in income, then our office staff will provide you with the necessary legal documents in order for you to file what is called a ‘motion to modify child support’ at the local Court House.  Whenever you call our office and speak with a member of our staff, be sure to mention to the staff member that either you or your ex has experienced a material change in income and that you are needing to modify child support;

#12 – Response To Motion To Modify Child Support – in the event that your ex has filed a motion to modify child support and you need to file a respond to their motion to modify, our office staff will be able to provide you with the necessary legal documents in order to make sure that your responsive pleading is prepared.  Whenever you call our office to speak to a member of our staff, be sure to communicate to the staff member that your ex has already filed a motion to modify child support and that you are needing to file a response in the case;

#13 – Quitclaim Deed – in the event that you need to transfer ownership of a house and / or parcel of land to someone else, our office staff can provide you with the necessary legal documents.  Whenever you call our office and speak with a member of our staff, be sure to communicate to our staff member that you are wanting to transfer ownership of a house and / or parcel of land and that you are needing the necessary legal documents;

#14 – Petition For Paternity – in the event that you and your ex where never legally, officially married and you all conceived a child together, then our office staff will provide you with the necessary legal documents in order for you to properly file a case for paternity of the child at the local Court House.  Whenever you call our office and speak with a member of our staff, be sure to communicate with the staff member that you and your ex were never legally, officially married but that you all do have children together and you are now needing to file for paternity at the local Court House;

#15 – Response To Petition For Paternity – in the event that your ex has filed a case for paternity at the local Court House, then our office staff will provide you with the necessary legal documents in order to make sure that you are able to file a response in the case.  Whenever you call our office and speak with a member of our staff, be sure to communicate to us that your ex has already filed a paternity case and that you are needing to file a response;

#16 – Petition For Guardianship – in the event you need to seek custody of someone else’s children, then our office staff will provide you with the necessary legal documents in order to make sure you are able to file a ‘petition for guardianship’ at the local Court House.  Whenever you call our office and speak with a member of our staff, be sure to communicate to us that you are seeking custody of another person’s children;

#17 – Letters Of Guardianship – in the event that you have already filed a ‘petition for guardianship’ and are now needing to file ‘letters of guardianship’, then our office staff will provide you with the necessary legal documents.  Whenever you call our office and speak with a member of our office staff, be sure to communicate to us that you have already for guardianship and are now needing the ‘letters of guardianship’;

#18 – Motion To Enforce Custody – in the event that your ex is withholding your children from you and you need to enforce the current custody order, then our office staff will be able to provide you with the necessary legal documents.  Whenever you call our office, be sure to tell our staff member that you and your ex already have a custody order in place, that your ex is wrongfully withholding your children from you, and that you need to file a motion to enforce the custody order.

*Revisions To Already Prepared Documents – Between $75 and $150 depending on how extensive the changes.

*Printing & Mailing Legal Documents – $25.

*Our normal preparation time for your legal documents is 3 – 4 business days.

*Same day preparation for your legal documents – an additional $100.
